To Improve the Financial Success of Our Members
Rivertrust Federal Credit Union is a member-owned, not-for-profit credit union. Our members are owners, not just customers.
Rivertrust Federal Credit Union has proudly served its members since its founding on August 8, 1935. Originally chartered as Jackson Miss Telco Employees Federal Credit Union, the organization was renamed Mississippi Telco Federal Credit Union on April 30, 1940.
What began as a small, member-focused institution has grown into a multi-million-dollar financial cooperative made possible by the continued trust and support of our members.
Our success has always been rooted in the commitment of our members who choose to save, borrow, and support one another through the credit union difference. Dedicated volunteers have also played a vital role over the years, serving on the Board of Directors and committees to guide our growth and direction.
Continued growth led to key milestones, including the opening of our main office in Pearl, Mississippi, in 2000. In 2016, we adopted the name Rivertrust Federal Credit Union to better reflect our broader field of membership and members and organizations we serve.
We are proud of our history, excited about our future, and grateful for the opportunity to serve you as we build a stronger financial future for our members.
